The cornerstone of S³ Multisport is One-on-One coaching. We believe in individualized field testing, analysis, assessment, planning and execution. We offer two plans to meet the flexibility and responsiveness that will assist our athletes in meeting their endurance goals:

Basic offering for your personalized coaching plan

Block-focused training plan designed for your specific physiology, strengths/limiters, training availability, key races and goals

Personal intensity Sector training based on specific testing protocols with ongoing testing/analysis

Workouts delivered in 4-week blocks via TrainingPeaks Premium (included)

Up to 2 training plan alterations per 4-week block

Unlimited coach emails

Weekly workout feedback

Private Facebook page for team athletes
